David Beckham shows off BIG love with countryside lifestyle as Man Utd legend plans garage for his fleet of TRACTORS at £6m Cotswolds mansion
David Beckham is taking his love of the countryside even further by unveiling plans to build a garage for his tractor.
The 46-year-old retired footballer has applied for permission to add a double garage to the grounds of his £6m Cotswolds home just for his garden toys.
Their application read: “The garden machinery shop is to be used in conjunction with the main building.
“It will serve as a mechanical workshop to store tractors, lawnmowers and other machinery necessary for the maintenance of the garden and the land.”
The Becks also wanted to add a wooden office to the property that would blend well with the surrounding landscape.
He owns a meat tractor, but the father of four is still interested in electric cars. The former England captain has teamed up with luxury car brand Maserati for a new advertising campaign.
The home’s spacious kitchen features a long table, beautiful stone countertops, an Agave stove, and doors that open to a spacious outdoor dining area.
The pool is located outside a converted barn.
A soccer field, a giant treadmill, and even a built-in pool are just a few of the fitness activities.
The Beckhams split their time between London, Miami and the Cotswolds, but chose the Cotswolds for closure.
